Our Mixologists spend the morning rummaging for local produce, herbs, and botanicals from the Farmer's Market for each Academy.

Experiment with these fresh ingredients --ranging from local Chinatown teas to blackberries, mint and basil - saffron and vanilla bean. Juice, blend, and infuse to create delicious market-fresh cocktails. Learn proper cocktail technique with a complete set of bar tools at your disposal. You will create 4 cocktails with guidance from our seasoned mixologists.
